White reinforced recycled PP pellets

PP (Polypropylene)

Polypropylene features an ultra‑low density of merely 0.89‑0.91 g/cm³ and excellent heat resistance with a melting point above 160 °C. Finished articles can be used long‑term above 100 °C and are suitable for steam sterilization. It boasts outstanding chemical stability, resisting corrosion by acids, alkalis, salt solutions and various organic solvents below 80 °C. It has good mechanical properties and remarkable flex‑fatigue resistance, coupled with excellent electrical insulation as well as non‑toxic and odour‑free features. Nevertheless, it has poor low‑temperature impact resistance and tends to turn brittle under cold conditions. Ageing may easily occur upon sunlight exposure or contact with copper.

Applications of different PP grades

Homopolymer Polypropylene (PP‑H) Produced from pure propylene monomer, it has high crystallinity, good rigidity and high strength. Main applications include strapping bands, woven sacks, ropes, file folders, household utensils, microwave‑safe food containers and BOPP (Biaxially‑Oriented Polypropylene) films, which are widely used as base substrates for food composite packaging films.

Random‑Copolymer Polypropylene (PP‑R) Random copolymer of propylene with 1‑7% ethylene. It achieves high transparency, good flexibility and favourable low‑temperature toughness. It is mainly made into high‑clarity films, hot‑water supply pipes, heating pipelines, disposable syringes, transparent household goods and food containers.

Block‑Impact‑Copolymer Polypropylene (PP‑B) Block copolymer of propylene and 5‑20% ethylene with well‑balanced rigidity and impact performance. It is widely applied for automotive components such as bumpers, large‑size containers, battery housings, luggage, sports equipment and home‑appliance casings.

Please specify your additional requirements: impact performance, melt‑flow index, ash content, environmental compliance, gloss level, surface pitting and other physical‑property parameters.

MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality‑related defects.
